Do you have a question about the York H2CA600 and is the answer not in the manual?
Connect one end of the bypass line to the evaporator coil inlet between the expansion valve and distributor.
Connect the other end to the 7/8" spud on the compressor discharge header; use system #1 for twin systems.
Use a pilot-operated valve, like Alco FA8-13H, with a 24-volt solenoid for proper operation.
Connect a 1/4" pilot line from the bypass valve access port to a compressor suction access port.
Open access ports on liquid and suction stop valves to release system refrigerant.
Prepare the 7/8" spud connection on the compressor discharge header using a tube cutter.
Securely attach the support bracket for the hot gas valve to the compressor compartment base.
Mount the hot gas bypass valve to the fabricated "U"-shaped support bracket.
Connect dry nitrogen to the liquid line stop valve access port for brazing.
Braze the lines connecting the discharge header to the valve inlet and valve outlet to the evaporator coil.
Connect a 1/4" flare line from the valve access port to the compressor suction access port.
Wire the hot gas valve solenoid between terminals C1 and T on the CA unit's 24-volt terminal block.
Ensure the entire hot gas bypass line is properly insulated after installation.
