If the draft inducer fan and auger driver motor are both running, the hot rod likely needs replacement. If either the fan or motor isn't running, contact customer support. Check all wires and connectors to confirm they are securely fastened and undamaged. Finally, check the auger drive motor by turning on the unit and observing the small fan motor blade on the motor's back; if the fan doesn't turn on, the motor needs replacing.
