Securely insert your iPad mini into the hinge channel in portrait orientation.

Gently grasp and pull your iPad away from the hinge channel.

Insert iPad in portrait with Home button facing you for media mode.

Powering the Cover On and Off

Turning Cover On

Switch the POWER button to ON; a red LED indicates power up.

Turning Cover Off

Switch the POWER button to OFF to conserve battery.

Bluetooth Pairing Steps

Select Bluetooth ON, press PAIR, and select 'ZAGGkeys Cover' on your iPad.

Charging Your Cover

Charging Procedure

Connect micro USB to cover and USB to 5V outlet; red LED indicates charging.

Battery Life Indicators

Green Battery Flashes

Three green flashes mean 50% or more battery life remaining.

Yellow Battery Flashes

Three yellow flashes mean 25%-49% battery life remaining.

Red Battery Flashes

Three red flashes mean less than 25% battery life remaining.

FN + BACKLIGHT keys adjust brightness and turn on/off.

FN + BACKLIGHT COLOR PALETTE cycles through backlight colors.

Forward Delete Operation

COMMAND + DELETE performs a forward delete operation.
