MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
Zamboni Company Ltd., hereinaer referred to as ZAMBONI, warrants all parts and materials installed on the
Zamboni® ice resurfacing machine to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a
period of two (2) years or 2,000 hours, whichever comes rst, following shipment from our factory to the original
user.
The obligaon of ZAMBONI under this warranty is limited to replacing at our factory any part or parts supplied by
us, which shall, within the warranty period be returned to us with transportaon charges prepaid, and which our
examinaon shall disclose to our sasfacon to have been defecve.
This warranty being expressly in lieu of all other warranes expressed or implied, and of all other obligaons
or liabilies on our part. ZAMBONI neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for us any
other liability in connecon with the sale. ZAMBONI reserves the right to inspect service records for evidence
of regular maintenance and proper care of the machine. The warranty will not apply to damages or failures
resulng from misuse, negligence, accident, alteraon or improper service.
ZAMBONI reserves the right, at any me or mes to revise or modify, disconnue or change any models of the
ice resurfacer or any part or parts thereof, without noce and without incurring any liability or obligaon to the
purchaser.
