Repair Kit P1093300-010 & -011
Installation Instructions
This kit includes the parts necessary to install P1093300-010 Head Open Sensor and
P1093300-011 Printer Frame with Gap Sensor, Latch Assembly, Motor and Gears
repair kits. Read these instructions thoroughly before attempting to install this kit.
Tools Required
• T-8 TORX Driver (2.5 +/- 1 in. lb.)
Removing the Printer Frame Assembly
1. Remove the Top Cover from the
Lower Housing as described above.
2. Use a T8 TORX driver to remove
the two (2) M2.5x10 screws on the
top of the Printer Frame (as shown).
3. Turn the printer over and remove
two (2) M2.5x10 screws which
secure the Printer Frame to the lower
housing. (Retain the black Plate
located on the bottom of the Lower
Housing.)
4. Disconnect the Head Open Cable
(J1), Motor Cable (J2), Black Bar
Sensor Cable (J3) (Retail Only),
Gap Sensor Cable (J5), Printhead
ribbon cable and Antenna Cable
(WiFi) on the Top PCBA.
