What to do if there is moisture downstream in my ZEKS CFX NC Dehumidifier?

If you notice moisture downstream, several factors could be at play. It might be due to drain failure or require timer adjustment. Try depressing the “TEST” button; if the drain valve operates, then adjust the timing. Excessive flow could also be the culprit, so check the inlet and outlet pressures along with the system design capacity. Make sure the dryer bypass valve is fully closed. Also, a refrigerant leak can cause this issue; if the suction pressure gauge reads 0 psig, turn off the dryer and contact your distributor. Finally, if the compressor isn't running but the fan is, inspect and clean the ambient air filter and ensure the ambient temperature is below 113°F.
