Frying guidelines.
Smaller food items usually require a little shorter frying
time than larger items.
Greater amount of food requires a longer frying time,
while the smaller amount of food requires a slightly
shorter frying time.
Tossing the food half way through frying will help obtain
the optimal result and prevent uneven frying.
To obtain crisp potato chips, add a little oil.
Optimal amount of potatoes to obtain crispy chips is 500 g.
Snacks that are baked in the oven can also be fried in
hot air fryer.
To prepare stuffed snacks quickly and easily use
the ready pastry dough. Ready pastry dough can be
prepared quicker than home-made dough.
When making cakes, quiche or if you want to make
sourdough crunch stuffed dishes, place baking pan or
casserole dish in the basket.
You can use the fryer to heat up the food. To heat up the
food set the temperature at 150°C for up to 10 minutes.
