  If your Zenoah Engine lacks power or runs unstable, it might be due to air penetration from fuel pipe joints. Ensure a secure connection. It could also be from the intake tube or carburetor joint; in this case, change the gasket or tighten the screws. Other causes include water in the fuel (change to good fuel), a piston starting to seize (replace the piston and cylinder), or a muffler choked with carbon (clean the muffler).

Why is my Zenoah Engine overheating?

  If your Zenoah Engine is overheating, it could be due to several reasons. The fuel might be too lean, so adjust the carburetor. The cylinder fin might be clogged with dust, requiring cleaning. Poor fuel quality can also cause overheating, so exchange it with proper fuel. Additionally, carbon deposits in the combustion chamber can lead to overheating, so clean the chamber. Lastly, a red-hot spark plug electrode can be the culprit; thoroughly clean it and adjust the spark gap to [ 0.6~0.7(0.023~0.028in) ].
