engine correctly according to this Owner’s Manual.

This engine has been designed for the use of radio control car.
Please use this engine in conjunction with the manual for radio control car or
radio control equipment you are going to use.

      If your Zenoah Engine lacks power or runs unstable, consider the following: * Air in fuel pipe joints: Secure the connections. * Air in intake/carburetor joint: Change the gasket or tighten screws. * Water in fuel: Replace with good fuel. * Piston seizure: Replace the piston and cylinder. * Muffler choked with carbon: Clean the muffler. * Fuel too lean: Adjust the carburetor. * Cylinder fin clogged with dust: Clean the cylinder fin. * Poor fuel quality: Replace with proper fuel. * Carbon in combustion chamber: Clean the combustion chamber. * Red hot spark plug electrode: Thoroughly clean and adjust the spark gap to 0.6~0.7mm. * Dirty air cleaner: Wash with mixed gasoline. * Overloading: Reduce the load. * Cover leakage: Apply liquid gasket.

      If your Zenoah Engine isn't sparking, here's what you can check: * Ensure wet spark plug electrodes are dried. * Clean carbon deposits from the electrodes. * If there's damage to the insulator causing insulation failure, replace it. * Adjust the spark gap to be within 0.6~0.7mm. * Replace burnt-out electrodes. * If the ignition coil has an internal failure, replace it. * Repair or replace a damaged or disconnected cable. * Make sure the switch is in the ON position. * Replace a faulty switch. * Repair any primary wiring that is earthed.
