What to do if my Zephyr AK7000BS Ventilation Hood doesn’t work after installation?

  If your Zephyr Ventilation Hood isn't working after installation, ensure the circuit breaker and the unit's power are turned ON. Check that the power line and cable locking connector are properly connected. Verify the wirings between the switch board and control board are correctly connected, and that the wires on the control board are not loose. If the problem persists, the switch board or control board may be defective and require replacement.

  If your Zephyr Ventilation Hood blower turns on by itself, the clean air function may be enabled, which activates the blower every 4 hours. To disable this feature, follow the steps on page 17.
