CHECKING AND REPLACING OIL IN
THE GEARBOX, FINAL DRIVE
HOUSING AND THE REAR AXLE
GANTRIES
Oil level in the gear mechanisms is
checked oil gauges, whitch is located in
left rear part of the gearbox case.
A - Standard oil filling
Check the oil level with the en-
gine stopped.
DRAIN AND INSPECTION OPENINGS
1. Drain plug of oil from the transmis-
sion system.
2. Drain plug of oil from the line for the
front driving axle
3. * Inspection screw of the brake
chamber
4. Drain plug of oil from the final drive
housing
5. Drain plugs of the right and left
brake chamber
1. * Inspection and filling screw of half-
axle case oil (valid for standard gan-
try setting)
2. Drain plug of oil from the half-axle
case
3. * Inspection screw of the brake
chamber
* After unscrewing of the inspec-
tion screw the oil level must
reach the bottom edge of the in-
spection opening.
