STEP 3.
a. Slide the long axle (34) horizontally into the appropriate place on the
steering post (2). Fit the left and right handlebar arms (5L/R) onto the
long axle (34) using screws (13), D-shaped washers (27), flat washers
(25), spring washers (22) and wave washers (28).
Do not tighten all the elements yet.
b.Put the rear parts of the pedal bases (9L/R) on the crank and fix them
with bolts (13), spring washers (22), and flat washers (25).
Do not tighten all the elements yet.

c. Screw the left and right handle arm (5L/R) together with the left and
right pedal base (9L/R) with bolts (15), flat washers (26), and nuts (30).
Tighten all elements.
d. Install the left and right pedal (36L/R) on the left and right pedal base
(9L/R) with hexagonal bolts (16), flat washers (24), and nuts (29).
NOTE! The right pedal is marked ‘R’ and the left pedal is marked ‘L’.
STEP 4.
a. Fix the left and right handle (7L/R) to the left
and right handle arm (5L/R) with bolts (10), curved
washers (23), and nuts (29).
b. Remove heart rate cables (61) from the
handlebar (6) through the handlebar post (2).
c. Fix the handlebar (6) to the handlebar post (2)
using bolts (53), spring washers (18), and flat
washers (12) as shown.
Install the handlebar cover (45).
