4. Operate your laptop/PC, TV STB, or Apple device to select
the content you want to watch.
NOTES:
If your laptop/PC has other kinds of output ports, such as
VGA port, DVI port, DisplayPort and Mini DisplayPort, get a
proper adapter to connect the laptop/PC with your MF97G.
The maximum resolution of the HDMI source supported by
MF97G is 1080p (1920 × 1080 pixels). When projecting an
HDMI source, the maximum resolution of the projection
screen is 720p (1280 x 720 pixels).
If the HDMI source cannot be projected normally when you use a
VGA to HDMI adaptor to connect your laptop/PC with MF97G,
please follow the instructions below.
Use an adaptor which supports 720p output.
Set the screen resolution of your laptop/PC to 1280 × 720
pixels (for a Windows XP or Windows 7 laptop/PC), or
right-click on the desktop and select Graphics Options >
Panel Fit > Maintain Display Scaling (for a Windows 7
laptop/PC).
Set the screen refresh rate of your laptop/PC to 60 Hz or
below. For a Windows XP laptop/PC, right-click on the
desktop and select Properties > Settings > Advanced >
Monitor > Screen refresh rate; for a Windows 7 laptop/PC,
right-click on the desktop and select Screen resolution >
Advanced settings > Monitor > Screen refresh rate.
