Extraiga la cesta exterior, retire la cesta y los separadores.
Remove the external basket, remove the basket and the hopper
fruit classifiers.

Summary

Initial Component Removal and Disassembly

Remove External Basket and Classifiers

Detach the external basket, the inner basket, and the fruit classifiers from the machine.

Dismantle Hopper Top Components

Unscrew hopper nuts, remove grey plugs, and detach bolts from the hopper top.

Remove Lid Hopper Track and CPU Wires

Extract the lid hopper track and disconnect the CPU programmer wires.

Extract Base Hopper Track and Gasket

Remove the base hopper track and the ring gasket from the basket shaft.

Fan Assembly and Gasket Application

Replace Fan Screws and Grille

Unscrew fan screws, remove the black plastic grille, and install the new stainless steel grille.

Seal Machine Top and Hopper Track

Apply top seals to the machine's upper part and the base hopper track perimeter.

Cut Seal Excess

Trim any excess sealing material in a wedge shape as shown in the picture.

Final Reassembly and Sealing

Assemble Base Hopper Track and Connect Wires

Install the base hopper track and connect the necessary wiring.

Seal Lid Hopper Track

Apply the top seal to the perimeter of the lid hopper track.

Install CPU Protection and Top Cover

Assemble the CPU protection, lid hopper track, bolts, washers, nuts, and upper protective cover.

Complete Basket Assembly

Assemble Basket with Classifiers

Mount the basket along with the fruit classifiers onto the machine.

Mount External Basket

Finally, assemble the external basket to complete the process.
