• The Paddling Top Inspection & Repair
The leaking may occur to the paddling top if something pierced it. To confirm if it is the paddling top that leaks, please:
a. Make sure the valve is well tightened, and of course, in good condition. You can refer to the steps mentioned above - The
Valve Inspection & Repair.
b. Inspect the paddling top to see if there are any scratches.
If it is confirmed the valve is in good condition and there are some scratches on the paddling top, please fix the scratches with the
repair patch (in the Tool Kit) and PVC glue. Kindly remember that you should wait for 24 hours to re-inflate the board and re-test
the valve before reusing the equipment.
• No Readings
The reading should not be over 15 PSI. The 12-13 PSI would be suitable during the warm season and we recommend you pump
to 15PSI during the cold season. When you find the pump showing no readings or stop showing readings, please observe the
board to see if it will shape up while inflating. Kindly refer to the following guidelines for each situation.
• The Paddling Top Inspection & Repair
It usually takes about 2 minutes (or a bit longer) for the pump to show readings because the pump will not show readings for
0-5 PSI. When encountering the no-reading situation (the board does shape up when you’re inflating), please:
23
a. Continue inflating with the Double Action to see if the readings will show. If the pump is in good condition, you can see the
readings once the equipment has been inflated over 5 PSI.
b. Contact Zupapa® Customer Happiness Executives with the order number and details if the pump shows no readings after
trying to inflate for a while.
• Stop Showing Readings
If the pump stops showing readings when you keep inflating, please switch the pump to the Single Action to see if the readings
will show. Generally, it would get difficult to observe changes when the board looks like a fully inflated one, as well as your
operation. Turning to the Single Action would make you inflate easier, consequently, making it more quickly to find changes in the
readings.
For the Adapter
