Initial Setup
Before we begin the internet (WAN) setup on the ZyWALL router, the
following steps need to be completed.
1. Unpack the ZyWALL.
2. Connect the power supply (power cord) to the ZyWALL.
3. Press the power button on the ZyWALL to turn the device ON
(router takes 3-4 minutes to power up).
4. Connect a computer to a LAN1 port on the ZyWALL, P2.
5. Connect the DSL/Cable modem to the ZyWALL, P1.
Accessing the WebUI
To access the ZyWALL’s web configuration page please open a web
browser on your computer (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google
Chrome, etc.). On the address bar please type http://192.168.1.1 to
access the WebUI.
When prompted for user credentials, type admin for the “User Name”
and 1234 for the “Password”. Click the LOGIN button to enter the
WebUI.
