If you cannot access the web configurator of your ZyXEL Communications Wireless Access Point, ensure that the IP addresses and subnet masks of both the ZyAIR and your computer are within the same IP address range. For example, if the ZyAIR uses the default IP address and subnet mask, verify that your computer's IP address falls within the range of 192.168.1.3 to 192.168.1.254 and the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0. Also, confirm that the ZyAIR is connected to the network and that you have entered your username correctly, noting that usernames may be case-sensitive. If you have changed the ZyAIR's default IP address, use the new IP address as the website address. The default password is '1234'. If you've forgotten a changed password, you'll need to reset the ZyAIR.
