  The Password and Username fields are case-sensitive. Ensure you're entering the correct password and username with the proper casing. You can also restore the factory default configuration by using the RESET button on the top panel of the ZyAIR (hold it for about 10 seconds or until the link LED turns red). This will restore all factory defaults, including the password.
