13.2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT
SHALL 3M BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS
OR DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) ARISING
FROM THIS PRODUCT, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL
THEORY ASSERTED. THE REMEDIES SET FORTH
HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE.
13.3. NO MODIFICATION
Modications to this device shall not be made without the
written consent of 3M Company. Unauthorized
modications may void the warranty and the user’s
authority to operate the device.
