3. Once end caps are removed, dislodge the
headband cable from the headband channel by
grasping the cable near the end cap, and start to
pull slowly until the headband cable is free.
5. Once 90 degrees, push on each side of the fork
until it dislodges. Repeat this for the other fork
on the cup. Repeat for other cup. 6. Cups are now free from the headband.
4. In order to detach the cups from the headband,
start by rotating one of the cups outward so that
it is at a 90 degree angle to the headband forks.
