1. Pick harness up by rear D-ring and ensure there are no
tangles in the webbing. Disconnect all straps. 2. Hold the
harness from behind with the shoulder straps in each
hand and don like a jacket. 3. Adjust the shoulder straps
to position the sub-pelvic strap
underneath the buttocks. Connect and
adjust the leg straps to fit snugly. 4.
Fasten chest strap buckle and adjust to
fit. Connect waist belt if applicable.
