Limited Warranty This product will be free from defects in material and
manufacture for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. User is
responsible for determining whether the product is fit for a particular purpose and
suitable for user’s application. If this 3M product is defective within the
warranty period stated above, your exclusive remedy and 3M’s sole obligation
shall be, at 3M’s option, to replace or repair the 3M product or refund the
purchase price of the 3M product. This warranty does not cover normal wear
and tear, or damage resulting from accident, misuse, alteration or lack of
reasonable care.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights
which may vary from state to state, country to country. To obtain warranty
service, contact 3M at 1 800 328 6276.
Limitation of Liability 3M will not be liable for any loss or damage arising
from this 3M product, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or
consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including warranty,
contract, negligence or strict liability. Some state and countries do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
