9 Assembly: Brake system
Clean brake bosses. X
Check brake pads and replace as necessary X
Check brake pressure and refill brake oil as necessary. X
Check brake system for tightness. X
Check brake system screws for force fit X
Check brake function and effect X
10 Fenders-Rack-Side stand-Light system
Retighten all screws X
Check light system for function & setting and correct as necessary X
11 Assembly: electric drive system & lock
Check lines for correct attachment, breaks, chafing and kinking points,
replace as necessary

Check plug contacts for corrosion and scaling,
clean or replace as necessary
X
Check cable connections for correct connection X
Check display for function & error codes X
Execute current software update X
Check battery condition and charge
Check alignment & condition of battery sliding rails and correct/replace as
necessary
X
Check lock barrel at battery holder for function, clean and grease X
Check brake switch/motor stop switch for function X
