brightness; it has an initial value of 4. Higher brightness levels consume more battery
power and yield less run-time per charge.

Light
Handhelds equipped with lighted displays will show this parameter.
This parameter determines how long the display lights will stay on for, as follows,
after a button is pressed; it has an initial value of 10.
The displays are non-illuminated. This value is selected by pressing
the "-" button once more after decreasing the value to 1 second. The
battery run-time is maximized with this value.
The display light will illuminate for this many seconds after a button
is pressed.
The displays are always illuminated. This value is selected by
pressing the "+" button once more after increasing the value to 60
seconds. This setting uses the most battery power.
