3. 2. 8 Shared Numbering Plan
PISN users are structured in the internal numbering plans of the PINX.
From the PINX’s viewpoint its own users are internal users and the users of the
other PINXs are PISN users.
If two or more PINXs are structured in such a way that they split the users’ number
range among themselves, we talk of a shared numbering plan. Together they form
a region, within which all users can be reached under the internal call number.
