Authorization code, individual (optional)
If you are authorized to use an individual authorization code (1 to 7
digits, affiliated to your own extension) you can lock your own
extension to a common authority level, e.g. when out of the office.
You can also temporarily change any other phone used within the
exchange to the same authority level as you have on your own
phone. The individual code can be changed from your own
extension.
To lock your phone:
u Lift the handset.
*76* Dial.
z# Enter authorization code and press.
Verification tone.
To make calls with your authority level when your phone is locked:
u Lift the handset.
*75* Dial.
z# Enter authorization code and press.
Verification tone.
z Dial the digit or digits to get an external line and the external
number.
To open your phone:
u Lift the handset.
#76* Dial.
z# Enter authorization code and press.
Verification tone.
