Information about IPEI number conversion from hexadecimal to decimal
The IPEI number is made up of two fields:
IPEI = EMC (16 bits) + PSN (20 bits)
EMC: manufacturer’s code
PSN: handset serial number
Or in standard decimal representation:
EEEEE PPPPPPP C
EEEEE = EMC in decimal.
PPPPPPP = PSN in decimal.
C: value between 0 and 10 and * (for the value 10)
