The I/O module is a compact and lightweight device intended to be used together with your
ABB Ability™ Edge Industrial Gateway gateway.
I/O module is a fast and simple way to expand the capabilities of ABB Ability™ Edge Industrial
Gateway with extra digital and analog ports. Designed to be fitted to the side of the ABB Ability™
Edge Industrial Gateway, it is rated for the same level of reliability and operating temperature range.
The digital section of I/O module provides 6x isolated digital inputs and 4x isolated digital outputs,
while the analog section provides 2x protected current analog inputs and 2x protected voltage analog
inputs.
