Check the event log for an auxiliary
code.
The code indicates which PM is
affected.
Replace the faulty PM.

code.
The code indicates which PM is
affected.
Replace the faulty PM.
3333 Ground fault The common mode

Check for drive internal ground faults
(secondary cabling, PMs,

terminal unit).
Check for drive external ground
faults
(motor cable, motor windings).
Check the HVD board.

temperature
Ambient temperature

too high.
Check for proper cooling of the
control
unit cabinet.
5012 PM HB1 or
HB2 short
circuit turn off
The desaturation
detection of the
IGBTs in HB1 (half

circuit.

Replace the faulty PM.

replace).
