Reconnecting the
System Bus After
Removing an
Ex Analyzer Module
If an Ex analyzer module is removed (e.g. for maintenance) from a system with
multiple analyzer modules, the system bus must be reconnected per the
instructions in the “System Bus Connection” section (see page 21).
Reseal the Wiring
Passages After
Opening
If the pressure-tight wiring passages through which the system bus and 24-VDC
connecting cables are routed into the pressure-tight cylinder have been opened,
reseal them per the following instructions:
• Tighten the funnel opening with a 24-mm torque wrench; tightening torque
= 20 Nm.
• Tighten the two hex socket screws of the strain relief with a 3-mm torque
wrench; tightening torque = 0.95 Nm.
