4. Handling
The apparatus must not be handled by in-
serting lifting devices directly under the ap-
paratus itself. If this technique is unavoid-
able, place the circuit-breaker on a pallet or
a sturdy supporting surface.
Beforeproceedingwithanyoperation,alwaysmakesurethat
the springs of the operating mechanism spring are discharged
and that the apparatus is in the open position.
Whenhandlingtheapparatus,take greatcaretopreventthe
insulating parts and the terminals of the circuit-breaker from
being stressed.
