• Multi-Shot Reclosing with up to four reclosures.
• Reclosure dead Time:
0.01- 250 seconds.
• Selectable signal to initiate a reclosure:
52b only
RI only (internal from protection or external contact input)

• External reclose initiate input (EXT RI) to allow operation of reclosing function independent
of protection function
• Drive to lockout (DR LOCK) input for manual trips and breaker failure or bus lockout relay
input.
• Hold input (HOLD) to freeze reclose cycle at point input applied. Cycle resumes when input
removed.
• Manual close input (user selectable use of 52a input) for initiating close either directly or
through optional Voltage/Synchronism check logic.
• Two electrically separate close contacts (CLOSE-1, 2) for breaker closing

display. Sixteen recent targets are available with remote communication.
