12. Unidad de protección PR111/LI - LSI - LSIG
12.1 Generalidades
La unidad SACE PR111/P realiza las siguiente funciones de protección:
L – protección contra sobrecarga a tiempo largo inverso
S – protección contra cortocircuito a tiempo corto
I – protección contra cortocircuito instantáneo
G – protección contra defecto a tierra
Iinst – protección rápida contra cortocircuito instantáneo

12.1 General
The SACE PR111/P unit carries out the following protection functions:
L – protection against overload with inverse long time-delay
S – protection against short-time short-circuit
I – protection against instantaneous short-circuit
G – protection against earth fault
Iinst – rapid protection against instantaneous short-circuit

The protections can be made either in three-phase or three-phase with
neutral mode, depending on the type of circuit-breaker used (three-pole,
four-pole or three-pole with external neutral).
The unit is self-powered and ensures correct operation of the protection
functions when there is a current higher than or equal to 18% of the rated
phase current transformer value (CT).
The protection release assembly consists of the following:
– 3 or 4 current transformers (CT)
– SACE PR111 protection unit
– an opening solenoid (OS) of the overcurrent release which acts directly
on the circuit-breaker operating mechanism.
Las protecciones se pueden efectuar de manera trifásica o trifásica con
neutro en función del tipo de interruptor utilizado (tripolar, tetrapolar o
tripolar con neutro exterior).
La unidad está autoalimentada y garantiza el funcionamiento correcto de
las funciones de protección en presencia de una corriente mayor o igual
al 18% del valor nominal del transformador amperimétrico de fase (TA).
El grupo relé de protección está formado por:
– 3 o 4 transformadores de corriente (TA)
– unidad de protección SACE PR111
– un solenoide de apertura (SA) del relé de sobreintensidad que actúa
directamente en el mando del interruptor.
