Limitations
Storage
Follow the instructions below to ensure the instrument is not
damaged during storage.
NOTE: To prevent damage from corrosion, ensure that
all parts are dry before storage
• Use a plastic cover to protect the instrument against dust
and humidity
• Store the instrument in its original packaging
• Do not stack other materials or goods on the Abbott VP
2000 Processor cardboard packaging
• Keep and store the following documents with the
instrument:
– All manuals
–Completed Instrument Decontamination Form
Refer to Section 9, Service and Maintenance,
Decontamination for more information.
