4.2. Installation of outdoor PTZ dome camera
4.2.1. Wall installation
1. Drill four holes in the wall to match the mount, and push the straddling dowels into the wall.
2. Attach the seal between the wall and mount using the straddling dowels to help you.
3. Use the washers and nuts when installing the mount.
4. Attach the Teflon tape to the thread of the adapter and then screw it into the mount.
5. Then fasten the adapter using the grub screw to help you.
6. Hang the PTZ Dome from the mount using the fastening hook to help you. Then guide the cable
through the mount.
7. Align the label on the adapter with the PTZ Dome. Then tighten the housing by turning it clockwise.
Secure the adapter using the two fastening screws to help you.
The straddling dowels must be used for stone walls. Wood screws (self-tapping) can be used for
wooden walls.
Make sure that the wall is strong enough to bear more than 8 times the weight of the PTZ Dome
and its mount.
