system provides versality and exibility with its mul-opon opcal conguraon capabilies. Researchers
can expand their detecon capabilies to meet their experiment or panel design using the NovoCyte opcal conguraon tools.
These tools are accessible through the NovoExpress
®
soware user interface. Standard or default instrument opcal conguraon
can be changed and modied on the y with spare opcal lters and dichroic mirrors.
This guide provides an outline for the available conguraon opons for dierent models of NovoCyte ow cytometer.
3005 Model
NovoCyte Violet/Blue/Red System with baseline conguraon of 3 lasers (405 nm, 488 nm, 640 nm) and 6 PMTs with ≥3 red
