Adding a Waypoint
Add a waypoint along the route to your destination.
1. While en route, select a search
method and enter a new
destination or waypoint.

2. Select an option.
u The route is automatically
recalculated and displayed on
the map screen.
The following options are available:
• Add Before Next Destination: Adds the location before the next destination.
• Add After Next Destination: Adds the location after the next destination.
• Start New Route: Clears the current route and set a new route to the location.

1 Adding a Waypoint
If you select a location name to view destination
information or send a place using AcuraLink, you can
add the location to the current route by selecting
Add to Route.

On the next screen, the following options are
available:
• Before: Adds the location before the current
destination.
• After: Adds the location after the current
destination.
If you use voice recognition to find a location, the
location is added before the next destination.
You can add up to 10 waypoints.
