Why won't my Adam Equipment QBW function without the charger, even though the charge LED is green?

If the charge LED shows green, but the scale does not function without the charger connected, the battery may be faulty or disconnected, or the internal fuse on the power supply board may be blown. Check the battery connections; if the connections are okay, replace the battery. Replace the fuse with one of the same rating.
