The Adexa YXD-8A Electric Convection Oven is a commercial-grade appliance designed for baking and cooking various food items, including fresh and frozen bread, flour products, meat, and other rich foods. It incorporates a hot air circulation system, temperature convection, and a steam moisture combination function to ensure even cooking and optimal results.
Function Description:
The oven's primary function is to cook food using hot air circulation and temperature convection. This system ensures that heat is distributed evenly throughout the cooking chamber, leading to consistent and thorough cooking. A 120-minute timer allows for convenient and efficient cooking, while the steam moisture combination function helps achieve desired textures and finishes for various dishes.

Usage Features:
The oven is equipped with several user-friendly features:
- Controls: The front panel includes a timing control knob, a spray switch, and a thermostat. Indicator lights for power, spray, and temperature provide visual feedback on the oven's status.
- Hot Air Circulation: The hot air circulation system is controlled by both the temperature control and the timer. Users can set the desired temperature between 0-300°C using the thermostat knob. Once the set temperature is reached, the temperature light turns off, and the electro-thermal tube stops heating. It automatically restarts when the temperature drops.
- Timer Operation: The timer knob can be set clockwise for up to 120 minutes. When the timer is active, the timer light and the chamber room lights illuminate. The timer counts down automatically, and once the baking time is complete, it returns to zero, automatically turning off the power and sounding an alarm for five seconds. The cooking time is dependent on the food quantity, with more food requiring more time.
- Spray Device: The spray device works in conjunction with the hot air circulation. When the spray function is activated (by pressing the steaming fog switch, which illuminates the spray light), water is sprayed into the chamber and hits the heating pipe through the fan, generating hot steam. The lowest recommended temperature for using the spray function is 120°C. The amount of steam can be controlled by how long the switch is held down, but it should not exceed 5 seconds. The required spray volume depends on the type and quantity of food being cooked.
- Pre-operation Checks: Before use, it is essential to verify that the power supply is properly installed and that the supply voltage matches the oven's voltage.
- Cooking Guidelines: When cooking, maintain a 4cm gap between inside food dishes and avoid overloading each dish to ensure good hot air circulation.
- Safety Precautions:
- Do not modify, improperly install, adjust, or repair the appliance without trained professionals.
- Avoid storing or using flammable/explosive gases, liquids, or objects near the product.
- The appliance should not be operated by individuals with physical weakness, slow response, or mental defects (including children) unless supervised.
- Children must be overseen to prevent them from playing with the appliance.
- Keep the operation instructions handy and provide them to others using the machine.
- Ensure the appliance is grounded for safety.
- If the appliance is near walls, partitions, or other kitchen equipment, use non-combustible materials or appropriate insulation, and observe fire safety regulations.
- Do not open the enclosure as it contains high-voltage circuits.
- Always pull out the plug and cut off power before cleaning.
- Do not use jet water for cleaning to prevent electric shock.
- Avoid touching the oven when it's hot to prevent scalds.
- Disconnect power during thunderstorms to prevent damage.
- Do not use hard, sharp objects on the control panel.
- Only use for food baking; other uses are inappropriate.
- Turn off the switch after use.
- Maintenance by unprofessional personnel is dangerous.
- A damaged power cord must be replaced by the manufacturer or qualified personnel.
Maintenance Features:
Regular inspection and cleaning are crucial for the oven's longevity and safe operation.
- Routine Inspection:
- Conduct routine inspections to prevent accidents.
- Stop using the machine immediately if circuits or machines fail.
- Check the machine's status before and after each use.
- Verify that the machine is not tilted and that the control panel is intact.
- Inspect wires for aging, cracks, or breaks.
- Check for peculiar smells, offensive odors, or vibration noise.
- Ensure temperature control is functioning and there are no leakage phenomena.
- Confirm normal power supply.
- Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Always cut off power and allow the oven to cool down before cleaning.
- Regularly clean residual oil and residues inside the oven to maintain hygiene. Do not use acidic cleaners.
- Remove racks or trays from the chamber, wash them with cleaner, and then clean the inside chamber first with a dry cloth, then with a wet cloth.
- Do not spray water directly into the oven to prevent moisture infiltration from damaging electrical components.
- Add grease to the active parts of the door at least once a year for lubrication.
- The oven should be regularly tested by an experienced professional and technical personnel (recommended at least once a month).
- When not in use, cut off the power switch.
- For long periods of disuse, clean the oven and store it in a well-ventilated warehouse free from corrosive gases.
Installation and Storage:
- Transportation: Products should be handled carefully to prevent severe shock. Packaged furnaces should not be stored in open air for long periods and should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas storage area. They should not be inverted. Take anti-rain measures for temporary storage.
- Installation:
- All power equipment and circuit wiring must be installed by qualified electrical personnel according to safety standards.
- Install the rubber feet on the device.
- Place the product on a solid surface, in a location easy to connect wires and perform normal maintenance.
- Maintain a distance of 10 cm from walls or obstacles.
- The oven must be placed above a solid table or rack device.
- If placed near a wall, keep it away from combustible materials.
- Install in a well-ventilated area equipped with good fire extinguishing equipment.
- Remove any film adhesive from the product surface before use.
