Reading stable functions
 Average Display update (Average):
Settable range:1~99 times；
Jittery Display caused by the noise or unstable signal.
User can set the times to average the readings, and to
get smoothly display. The meter’s sampling is
15cycle/sec；[ avg] set to be 3 to express the display
update with 5 times/sec

■ Input & Scaling
 Scaling Function
Setting Range: -1999~+9999 counts；
Users can set the parameters in the class is free to
set the input signal display low [lOsc] (Low
scale corresponding to the input lower limit)
and show high values [hIsc] (High scalelimit on
the corresponding input); can be set to negative slope.
