SWITCHING ON

Press the ON/OFF button. A flashing 0 is displayed.

SETTING THE HEAT

The heat settings of your hob range from 50 watts to 3000 watts. Adjust the heat setting required by using these buttons.

SELECTING COOKING TIME

The timer can be set for a maximum length of 99 minutes. The hob can be used without operating the timer.

SWITCHING THE HOB OFF

Press the ON / OFF button. The indicator light will go out.

ELECTRONIC SAFEGUARD

A ventilator protects electronic circuits from extreme heat. A probe monitors temperature, turning off the hob if it becomes too high.

EMPTY SAUCEPAN SAFEGUARD

A probe detects temperature to prevent overheating due to empty saucepans.

DETECTION OF AN OBJECT OR UNSUITABLE PAN ON THE HOB

Detects objects or unsuitable pans, flashing an indicator and preventing heating.

THE "HOB" TEST

Explains how to test pan compatibility by placing it on a heating zone and observing the indicator light.

CORRECT USE

Ensures best results by using pans with a similar diameter to the cooking zone and centering them.

PRECAUTIONS

Advises on pre-heating non-stick pans and not heating unopened tins of food, which may burst.

How to install your induction hob

VERY IMPORTANT

Place appliance on a clean, horizontal, heat-proof surface. Ensure air inlets are not blocked.

MAINTENANCE

Monthly cleaning of the filter under the appliance with soapy water is essential for protection.

WARNING

An indicator light may appear when the appliance is on; it is for technical department use and turns off automatically.
