What to do if my AEG Air Compressor will not run?
- QqmillerAug 3, 2025
If your AEG Air Compressor won't run, there are several potential causes. First, ensure the unit is properly plugged in and check for any power loss or overheating. Examine the extension cord for proper use. Also, inspect the fuse or breaker and replace the shop/house blown fuse if necessary. If the shop/house breaker is open, reset it, determining why the problem occurred. If the current limiting protector is open, reset the motor overload after the motor has cooled. If the tank is full of air, the compressor will turn on when the tank pressure drops to cut-in pressure. If none of these solutions work, the pressure switch may be bad and need replacement.
