Deleting all Messages Played Back Once
• After having played back all messages, enter code 0.
Recording a Memo
1. Enter code 4.
2. You will hear a beep indicating the beginning of recording.
3. Speak with a loud and clear voice.
4. Enter code 6 to end recording.
Playing Back Outgoing Message (1 or 2)
• Enter code 5.
Modifying Outgoing Message (1 or 2)
1. Enter code 1 to modify outgoing message 1;
or
2. Enter code 3 to modify outgoing message 2.
3. You will hear a beep indicating the beginning of recording.
4. Speak with a loud and clear voice. Slowly enter code 6 to end recording.
5. The phone will repeat the outgoing message (1 or 2).
Note:
If the outgoing message lasts longer than 2 minutes, the answering
machine will automatically stop recording.
Switching On/Off Answering Machine
• Enter * , to switch on the answering machine.
• Enter # , to switch off the answering machine.
