Troubleshooting
No Display
• Check connection of the battery.
• Install the handset in its cradle to charge the battery.
• Remove the battery from the handset, reinstall it and switch on the handset.
The Battery is empty
• Check connection of the battery.
• Clean the charge contacts on handset and base set.
• Recharge the battery
The battery indicator shows a weak battery and the handset emits the intermittent warning tone.
• Recharge the battery of the handset
• Exchange the battery.
The handset does not find the base.
• You are out of range, go nearer to the base.
• Check the power supply of the base.
• Subscribe the handset to a base set following the subscription procedure.
• Remove the battery from the handset, reinstall it and switch on the handset.
• Disconnect the adapter from the base set and reconnect it.
No dial tone.
• Check connection of the telephone line cord to the base set.
• Increase the speaker volume of the handset.
• Use the delivered cable.
