SETTING THE TIMER
Just like any other clock, the timer must be set to
the exact time of day. For example, at 4p.m., turn
the timer dial clockwise (in the direction of the
arrow) until the number 16 (16.00 hrs) is opposite
the triangular pointer.
N.B.: Never turn the timer dial counter-clockwise.
In effect, the timer is simply an electric clock
which works only when the unit is plugged in to
the power supply. If the plug is removed from the
socket, or if a power failure occurs, the timer is
disactivated. In this case, the timer must be reset.
To adjust the timer, slide the cover sideways.
After setting the timer, slide the cover back into
position in order to gain access ‘to the control
panel. ‘
This unit.can be used as AIR-CONDITIONER,
HEATER or to DEHUMIDIFY the rooms in your
home.
Your aif-conditioner can be used in two modes:
PROGRAMMED or MANUAL.

PROGRAMMED MODE
1) Set the timer switch to @) @ (programmed
mode). é
2) Check that the timer is set to the correct time
(see "Setting the Timer’).
3) Select the operating periods by pushing
outwards the timer pegs corresponding to the
periods in which the appliance is required to
operate.
Example: From 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

4) Select the desired function, air-conditioning,
heating, dehumidifying, as shown in the chart
overleaf.
The air-conditioner will now.switch on each day at
the selected times.
N.B.: If you wish to override the programmed
operating times, simply set the timer switch
to \') @. The programmed time settings
will not be affected.
MANUAL MODE
1) Set the timer switch to ') @ (manual mode).
2) Select the desired function, air-conditioning,
heating, dehumidifying, as shown in the chart
overleaf.
