Note: For sechnieal reasons, the temperature is Aot shown i in degrees, but is Fspresenicd by! two lines
which vary in thickness according to the temperature. The blue line is for operation as an air-
conditioner, the red line for operation as a heater. Turn the thermostat knob anti-clockwise to
‘reduce the temperature. (coldest setting) and clockwise to increase the temperature (hottest
setting). When the room temperature is comfortable, turn the thermostat slowly away from the |,
maximum heating or cooling position until the air-conditioner switches off. Leave the thermostat
in this position. The air-conditioner is. now piosremines to maintain the exact temperature at all
times.
| _ This appliance | is fitted with a vapecia ‘Safety circuit. When the compressor switches off, this circuit
_prevents it from switching on again (for air-conditioning and dehumidifying functions) for at least
3 minutes. During this time, the fan continues to pperate and the “Memo-control” pilot lamp flashes.
