A FET (Q1) is used to regulate reference.

Z1 regulates in order to get e+ = e- (if Vs changes then VGS of Q1 changes, RdS
also changes as well as for current in section R8-R11).
So, if e+ = e-, this means that potential on point (27) is the same as potential on
point (26), that is to say that:
VR6 = VR8 = 100mV.
In fact R11 = R8 and iR11 = iR8 so VR11 = VR8 + 100mV = Ref.
