Overview

The AEOLUS UC-1803 ICU.INCUBATOR is a professional veterinary equipment designed for the therapeutic and incubation needs of young pets. It is a newly developed pet ICU and young pet incubator that aims to fill a gap in the domestic pet care industry. Its compact structural design and moderate size make it suitable for most veterinary practices and pet hospitals.

Function Description:

The UC-1803 ICU.INCUBATOR provides a comprehensive range of functions to create an optimal environment for pet recovery and health improvement. Its core mechanism utilizes "dual duct and double circulation convective thermal regulation" to establish a bacteria-free therapeutic and incubation environment.

Key functions include:

  • Accurate Temperature Control: The device employs dual duct and double circulation convection heating technology for rapid and even temperature rise, minimizing temperature shock. It also features a special pet medical refrigerator matching system for fast and effective cooling (optional). The PID control technology ensures precise and energy-efficient temperature regulation, addressing inertia temperature errors.
  • Accurate Humidity Control: High-frequency oscillation technology is used to produce mist without heating, saving up to 90% of energy compared to heating atomization. It releases large amounts of negative ions during atomization, which react with smoke and dust in the air, causing precipitation and improving air quality. The humidifier water tank has a built-in design for easier cleaning and is equipped with an automatic water cut-off protection function for safety.
  • Negative-ion Generation: The incubator generates a high concentration of negative ions, often referred to as "air vitamins," which are crucial for animal health. This feature aims to improve immunity, antibacterial ability, and natural healing, contributing to the overall well-being of pets and aiding in the treatment of various diseases. The device meets medical-level negative-ion emission standards.
  • Sterilization Function: A UVC ultraviolet sterilizer is integrated, utilizing 253.7nm UV-C rays for germicidal effect. This physical disinfection method is highly efficient, has no secondary pollution, and is easy to manage and automate. It boasts strong radiation intensity, high stability, and high transmittance to quartz glass, achieving a sterilization rate of 99%-99.9% in one to two seconds against bacteria and viruses. The design includes a high brightness mirror sterilization reaction chamber to enhance effectiveness.
  • Medical Atomization Treatment Function: The UC-1803 is equipped with an external silent medical atomizer. It produces fine atomized particles (0.5-4 microns) of medicine, allowing for deep penetration into the respiratory system, including the finest bronchus and alveoli, for effective and painless treatment. The atomization volume is intelligently controlled, with a maximum volume of 0.5ml/min, ensuring even distribution and high medicine utilization. The atomizer operates at low noise levels, complying with pet ICU noise standards.
  • Carbon Dioxide Concentration Monitoring Systems: A precise carbon dioxide concentration monitor tracks CO2 levels within the ICU. If the concentration exceeds the set value and remains high, an alarm is triggered, and the intelligent ventilation system activates, bringing in outside air to improve air quality. This acts as a critical life defense line for pets, preventing conditions like pulmonary edema, cerebral edema, and hypoxia caused by high CO2 levels.
  • ICU Illumination Function: Ten-level LED lights adjustment allows for simulating various natural scenes (parent, forest oxygen bar, warm home, forest dawn and dusk twilight), providing a cozy and comfortable therapeutic environment for pets.
  • Security Mechanism: An intelligent alarm system is integrated, featuring fault display functions for extreme temperature, excessive moisture, lack-of-water, and main component faults. The intelligent switch power keys divide controls into power-on, start, and power-off modes, enhancing energy saving and safety.
  • Human-Oriented Structural Design: The integrated design of all equipment components within a control frame, separate from the control circuit, facilitates easy disassembly for cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance. It includes two medical device import interface channels for connecting external equipment like oxygen machines and a side access port with medical valve importing design for convenient pet injection and infusion.
