COMPRESSORE
Compressori ermetici, con protezione termica incorporata,
di tipo rotativo o scroll .
SCAMBIATORE (CIRCUITO ESTERNO)
Del tipo a piastre (AISI 316).E' isolato esternamente nelle
versioni a pompa di calore per ridurre le dispersioni termi-
che. Non presente sulla versione NRW E.
SCAMBIATORE (CIRCUITO UTENZE)
Del tipo a piastre (AISI 316).E' isolato esternamente con
materiale a celle chiuse per ridurre le dispersioni termiche
per evitare la formazione di condensa.
VALVOLA INVERSIONE CICLO (Pompa di calore)
Inverte il flusso di refrigerante al variare del funzionamento
estivo/invernale.
VALVOLA TERMOSTATICA
La valvola, con equalizzatore esterno posto all’uscita
dell’evaporatore, modula l’afflusso di gas all’evaporatore in
funzione del carico termico in modo da assicurare un suffi-
ciente grado di surriscaldamento al gas di aspirazione; nelle
taglie 27-37-47 (solo freddo e pompe di calore) è sostituita
da un capillare.
FILTRO LINEA LIQUIDO
Di tipo meccanico realizzato in ceramica e materiale igro-
scopico, in grado di trattenere le impurità e le eventuali
tracce di umidità presenti nel circuito frigorifero.
VALVOLA SOLENOIDE (solo per NRW E)
Organo d’intercettazione inserito sulla linea del liquido.
VALVOLA UNIDIREZIONALE (Pompa di calore)
Consente il passaggio del liquido refrigerante in una sola
direzione.
RUBINETTI (solo per NRW E)
Rubinetti sulla linea del liquido e sul premente.
TELAIO
STRUTTURA PORTANTE
Realizzata in lamiera di acciaio, di adeguato spessore, è
verniciata con polveri poliestere.
COMPONENTI ELETTRICI
TASTIERA DI COMANDO
Consente il controllo completo dell’apparecchio. Per una più
dettagliata descrizione si faccia riferimento al manuale d’uso.
QUADRO ELETTRICO
Contiene la sezione di potenza e la gestione dei controlli e
delle sicurezze (Standard IP 20). È conforme alle norme EN
60335-2-40.
COMPONENTI IDRAULICI
SERBATOIO DI ACCUMULO INERZIALE
Serve per diminuire il numero di spunti del compressore ed
uniformare la temperatura dell'acqua da inviare alle utenze.
Capacità di circa lt. 35 per NRW 27-37-47, di lt.100 per
NRW 57-77-107-127.
VASO D’ESPANSIONE
Del tipo a membrana con precarica di azoto, di capacità
pari a lt.2 per NRW 27-37-47, e di lt. 8 per NRW 57-77-
107-127. Consente la dilatazione dell’acqua nell’impianto.
COMPONENTS OF REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT
COMPRESSOR
Hermetic compressors with incorporated heat protection;
rotary and scroll type.
HEAT EXCHANGER (EXTERNAL CIRCUIT)
Plate type exchanger in stainless steel AISI 316; heat pump
versions feature exterior insulation for the reduction of heat
dispersal. Not present on the NRW E version.
HEAT EXCHANGER (INSTALLATION CIRCUIT)
Plate type exchanger in stainless steel AISI 316, with external
insulation with closed cells to reduce heat dispersal and pre-
vent the formation of condensate.
REVERSING VALVE (Heat pump)
Reverses refrigerant flow for summer/winter applications.
5 THERMOSTATIC VALVE
Featuring an external equaliser at the evaporator outlet,
modulates gas flow to the evaporator according to the heat
load, thereby ensuring a sufficient heating of suction gas;
replaced by a capillary in size 27-37-47 (cooling only and
heat pump).
LIQUID REFRIGERANT FILTER
Mechanical filter made from ceramic and hygroscopic mate-
rial, designed to capture impurities and all residual moisture
in the cooling circuit.
SOLENOID VALVE (only for NRW E)
Intercepting part on liquid line.
ONE-WAY VALVE (heat pump)
Allows flow of refrigerant in one direction only.
COCKS (only for NRW E)
Cocks on liquid line and on compressor outlet line.
FRAME
CHANNEL FRAME
Made from sheet metal of adequate thickness, a polyuretha-
ne powder coating.
COMPONENTI ELETTRICI
CONTROL KEYBOARD
For total control of the unit. For a detailed description, see
the instruction manual.
ELECTRICAL PANEL
Features the power section and management of safety devi-
ces and controls (Standard IP 20). Complies with EN stan-
dards 60335-2-40.
HYDRAULIC COMPONENTS
STORAGE TANK
Reduces number of compressor surges and evens water
temperature supplied to utilities. Capacities of about lt. 35
for NRW 27-37-47, and lt.100 for NRW 57-77-107-127.
EXPANSION TANK
Diaphragm-type with precharge of nitrogen with 2 litres of
capacity for NRW 27-37-47 and 8 litres for NRW 57-77-
107-127. Allows the expansion of water throughout the
system.
