2 APPLICATION OF THE VMF-E4X
STAND ALONE APPLICATION
The most simple application for the use of the VMF-E4X, envisions just one fancoil piloted by an individual panel. This connection is the ModBus TTL type and its maximum
length can be 30 metres.

AREA CONTROL APPLICATION
To create an area control using the VMF-E4X, it is necessary that the various fancoils that make up the area are all supplied with E0/E1/E19/E19I boards, which are connected
to each other. The VMF-E4X will be connected to the MASTER unit, whose settings will be repeated on all of the remaining SLAVE units. The VMF-E4X connection is the ModBus
TTL type and its maximum length can be 30 metres.

CENTRALISED PLANT APPLICATION
To create a centralised system, the developed VMF-E5 / VMF-E6 panel must be used. In this case the use of the VMF-E4X is reduced to area control (in a centralised system up
to 64 areas can be managed. This management is delegated to the E5/E6 developed panel), therefore reference can be made to the previous description.
